Pricing and Payment Options

Regular Classes Pricing

Full-Day Pricing is for a full-day non-technical class, and is based upon the number of employees from a company attending a specific class.  Class cost is reduced when multiple employees attend the same class on the same day at the same location. 

$150 each - 1 person 
$130 each - 2 persons
$120 each - 3 persons
$115 each - 4 persons
$110 each - 5 persons
$105 each - 6 persons

Combined Half-Day Pricing is available for half-day Word, PowerPoint, and Project classes when Levels 1 & 2 of the same software are taken on the same day. 

$94 per level per person

Training guides with exercise files are used in all regular classes and are  available for additional optional purchase at $19.00 plus tax per guide.  

Technical Class Pricing

Technical Class Pricing is for each full-day Access Level 3, Access Level 4, and SQL class, as well as each day of the 2-day Crystal Reports Introduction and Crystal Reports Advanced classes. A multiple employee discount is available if more than 1 person from your company attends a technical class on the same day; please call for multiple employee pricing on technical classes.

Access, Level 3 - $180 
Access, Level 4 - $180 
SQL Introduction - $195 
SQL Advanced - $195 
Crystal Reports - $175 per day (2-day class)

Training guides with exercise files are used in technical classes and are  available for additional optional purchase. Prices on training guides for technical classes vary.

All classes begin at 8:30 and end no later than 4:30.

Free refresher class
A Free Refresher Class is available for any student wishing to take a previous class again. The desired class must already have enrollment. Refresher classes begin at 8:30, the same time as regular classes, and end by 4:30. Start and end times for refresher classes cannot be modified from the scheduled class time.
Payment Options

Due to customer request, TCTC now accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.  We continue to invoice local or corporate offices.  Students may also submit cash or personal checks.  Receipts are given for any payments made on the day of class for submission on expense reports.
