Meet our Northwest Arkansas staff!
| Christi
Knies |
Christi
Knies is President of The Computer Training
Center. She holds
a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree from the
University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. Christi majored in
Personnel Management. She opened the first location of The
Computer Training Center in Fayetteville in July 1991. Due to
the rapid growth of the company during the past decade, Christi
now focuses her attention toward the administrative side of The
Computer Training Center’s training classrooms located in Fayetteville,
Arkansas, and Bentonville, Arkansas.

| Angela
Taylor |
Angela Taylor started teaching at The
Computer Training Center in March of 2005. She graduated from
North Western Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science
degree, majoring in Psychology. She then went on to complete
graduate work from Oklahoma City University continuing her education
in Psychology and earning a M.Ed in Counseling Psych. Angela
previously worked for the Oklahoma State Health Department in
counseling, training and education for clients. |
| Laura
Wainscott |
Laura
Wainscott began working with The Computer Training Center in
2000. She holds a a Master's of
Education in Education Technology from the University of Arkansas,
Fayetteville. Prior to working with TCTC, Laura worked with the Arvest
Bank Group as Teller Trainer and Computer Training Coordinator, with
experience as Loan Processor and Financial Sales Representative.
Laura has also worked
as a Graduate Assistant and as a Cast Member at Walt Disney World in
Orlando, Florida.

| Pam
Rains |
Pam Rains started
working at TCTC in June of 2003. She graduated from the
University of Central Arkansas in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science
degree in math and computer science. Pam previously worked as
a programmer and then later as a technical analyst/consultant for
USable Systems, a subsidiary of Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield
in Little Rock, Arkansas. She also has a part time job at
Rocky Creek Horses Help in Rogers, a therapeutic horseback riding
center for disabled children where she uses Office 2000 products to
create and maintain their data. |
